This role emphasizes the identification and attraction of suitable talent to meet organizational goals while collaborating closely with hiring managers. As a key team member you will enhance recruitment strategies and positively influence the recruitment process through comprehensive data analysis and candidate management. You will also maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and engage in both short and long-term projects to refine the quality of hires and ultimately contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
