You will collaborate with stakeholders including Talent Acquisition partners and higher education institutions to enhance employer branding initiatives. This role involves organizing events that engage early career professionals and using platforms like LinkedIn to advocate for Talent Acquisition. The position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills capable of managing multiple projects effectively. You should have a background in Talent Acquisition or HR with experience in project management or event organization. Creativity in problem-solving and the ability to analyze market trends are essential for success in this role.
