Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT-manager to oversee major incidents and crisis management within our team. As a Senior Situation and Crisis Manager your role will involve coordinating responses to severe disruptions from the initial detection through to resolution. You will enhance the major incident management process as well as contribute to group-wide training and development initiatives. Strong communication skills in English and an understanding of the banking IT environment are critical for success. You will also be responsible for leading ad hoc initiatives collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effectiveness and adherence to best practices in crisis management. Your analytical capabilities along with ITIL knowledge will help navigate complex situations and ensure the team is prepared and effective in crisis scenarios. The ideal candidate will thrive in a supportive and informal work environment located in Vilnius while engaging with colleagues in Denmark.
