Job Description

As a Senior Risk Manager for Business Risk & Controls you will manage risk in a dynamic environment collaborating with a dedicated team. Joining the Business Risk & Controls team you will support Technology & Services in mitigating risks by overseeing the identification of Non-Financial risks and ensuring compliance with risk management policies. You will lead or aid in the implementation of various risk management initiatives all while promoting a strong risk management culture. Your role involves engaging with key stakeholders to drive timely escalations of operational risk losses alongside monitoring remediation plans. Based in Vilnius Lithuania the position allows for hybrid working options to enhance work-life balance.
