Job Description

In the Customer Engagement Individuals tribe we focus on enabling efficient user interactions through a modern customer experience layer that bridges customers and advisors. We are seeking a passionate developer experienced in .NET and cloud technologies to help build scalable and secure systems. Your role will involve writing high-quality back-end code and collaborating within a self-organizing squad while taking initiative and sharing knowledge. You will contribute to a customer communications platform aimed at improving efficiency and customer satisfaction through innovative technologies like chatbots and secure messaging. Ideal candidates will have over five years of back-end engineering experience with skills in SQL Server RabbitMQ and Azure DevOps. We encourage creativity and resilience in tackling challenges and upholding high technical standards throughout our projects.
