Job Description

The Risk & Compliance Tribe is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead a newly formed squad focused on Legal and Regulatory management solutions. This role involves setting the direction for the squad contributing to the mission of the Tribe while guiding the team to deliver high-priority projects that support the digital transformation of Legal and Regulatory processes. The Product Owner will interact with a diverse landscape of stakeholders aligning priorities and collaborating closely with other Product Owners. The ideal candidate will possess over three years of experience as a Product Owner and have a strong grasp of software lifecycle management with advanced stakeholder management skills. This position offers workplace flexibility with a hybrid work model and is based in Vilnius.
