Job Description

As a Product Owner for the Platforms & Corporate Self-Service Squad at Danica you will lead a team focused on enhancing the pension service experience through innovative digital solutions and workflow automation. Located in diverse global teams you will align the squad’s mission with organizational goals while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to tailor customer-focused solutions. Your role involves managing the product backlog converting business priorities into actionable user stories and ensuring compliance with risk assessments. You will cultivate a collaborative environment supporting agile product development and bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a related role preferably in tech-driven environments and possess strong leadership abilities with a customer-first mindset. Proficiency in English is required to facilitate communication effectively.
