Job Description

As the Product Owner for Data Protection you will drive the implementation of innovative tools to enhance data protection and privacy within the organisation. You will ensure compliance with current data privacy regulations including GDPR while shaping the strategy for safeguarding sensitive information. The role requires close collaboration with IT and business professionals located in Lithuania and India fostering a self-organised team environment. Your leadership will be key in defining a clear vision and roadmap for data protection initiatives and in managing the product backlog to align with organisational objectives. You’ll need to monitor market trends as well as lead the execution of processes that comply with data protection standards. This position is aimed at individuals with three or more years of experience in a similar role along with strong stakeholder engagement skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Your contribution will directly influence how the organisation commits to customer privacy and regulatory compliance while working in a flexible hybrid model that supports both office and remote work.
