Job Description

In this role you will join a team of 16 professionals providing back-office services to private customers in the Finnish market. You will manage loan services which include housing personal and refinancing loans while communicating predominantly in written form with clients. Your responsibilities will expand to involve analytical tasks managing loan documents and maintaining quality services as well as exploring opportunities for automation and improvements in customer service. This position emphasizes open communication and creativity within the team encouraging personal development through participation in various initiatives and supporting projects. Located in Vilnius this role supports a hybrid work model allowing flexibility between office and home work. Depending on your qualifications and experience different seniority levels may be offered making it a fitting opportunity for various professionals in the field.
