Job Description

As a member of the Everyday Banking Corporate team you will engage with corporate clients to provide high-quality banking services focused on efficiency and customer satisfaction in the Finnish and Norwegian markets. Your responsibilities will include facilitating account openings and closures while managing e-banking features and daily customer requests to enhance the overall experience. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders and continuously seek to improve processes through modern methodologies such as Lean and Robotics. The role calls for a detail-oriented individual with a minimum of one year in an operational role offering flexibility in seniority based on experience. This position is based in Vilnius and currently supports a hybrid work model allowing for remote work a few days a week.
