Job Description

As an Operations Officer you will become an expert in international payments and play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction for Danske Bank branches across Scandinavia and Europe. Your responsibilities will include resolving various payment-related issues from bank branches and customers processing transactions according to strict cut-off deadlines and collaborating closely with other teams to improve quality. We seek candidates with operational or administrative experience a higher education degree and preferably payments processing or SWIFT knowledge. The ability to prioritize multitask and maintain attention to detail is crucial as you will be handling high value payments while managing stress effectively. Depending on your experience we may offer you different levels of seniority in the role.
