Job Description

In this role as a Risk Officer you will become a trusted adviser within the organization focusing on Investment Products and Trade Markets to promote a stable risk culture. You will contribute to a robust testing framework within the Operational Risk Team by developing and implementing control testing for Operational Risks while analyzing test results to identify effective practices and areas for improvement. Your expertise in non-financial risk management specifically in understanding risk and control management practices is essential. You will collaborate with teams across the Core Functions in the Nordics Lithuania and Poland and support the escalation of test results to senior management. A high degree of flexibility is offered with a hybrid working model where you will work at least three days a week in the office. Candidates must have at least three years of relevant experience preferably with knowledge of regulatory frameworks and the ability to convey complex findings in a concise manner. Higher education is an advantage in this role where we seek to further enhance our operational risk management practices.
