Job Description

As a Corporate Actions Specialist you will expertly manage and oversee corporate actions for clients' investment portfolios ensuring accuracy and efficiency in execution. You will analyze various corporate actions like mergers and stock splits while collaborating with internal teams to coordinate responses and mitigate risks. A bachelor's degree in finance or economics is required along with previous experience in corporate actions processing. Your role will also involve providing expert guidance to clients on the impact of corporate actions while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and trends. This position calls for strong analytical skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities to thrive in a fast-paced financial environment.
