Job Description

As a Senior Solution Architect at Danske Bank you will play a vital role in designing solutions that meet business and technology needs specifically for the Pay transparency program. Your responsibilities will include developing solution designs orchestrating stakeholder meetings and making technical decisions to select appropriate technologies while aligning project objectives with organizational goals. Additionally you will be accountable for managing risks including GDPR compliance and promoting effective communication and collaboration among team members. This position demands strong leadership abilities problem-solving skills and an understanding of both agile and waterfall methodologies. You will have the opportunity to work in a diverse team environment contributing to the employee HR experience in a leading financial institution.
