Job Description

We seek a skilled Training and Learning Consultant to join our GenAI change management and delivery planning team at Danske Bank. This role is pivotal in advancing our technological and organisational objectives while developing the GenAI Academy. You will engage with diverse stakeholders and contribute significantly to the strategic growth of the organisation through educational initiatives. The position involves identifying training needs designing learning paths and managing the development of training materials. You will host sessions to ensure the continuous education of the staff regarding GenAI offerings and support the rollout of new GenAI products through targeted training. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation and knowledge sharing.
