Job Description

We seek a motivated and dedicated Engineering Manager to lead our Observability Toolset Engineering team responsible for multiple tools including Grafana and OTEL Collectors. In this role you will oversee the growth of your team while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure our toolsets deliver expected value. You will manage and evolve these toolsets within the Observability Services domain and drive strategic initiatives aligned with Danske Bank's goals such as AWS migration. Enthusiasm for technical skill maintenance and co-creation is vital. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your knowledge across various technological stacks including infrastructure and application runtime while contributing to the improvement of critical IT systems ensuring reliability. Your experience with observability tools and server-side technologies combined with strong analytical and communication skills will be essential for success in this role.
