Job Description

At Core Payments Platform Tribe we support the everyday banking needs of our customers by delivering a best-in-class payment system that orchestrates payments seamlessly. We prioritize performance compliance security and availability while modernizing our payments system using a microservice-based architecture. We seek a Chapter Lead Engineering Manager to oversee a team of developers and to be an integral part of our development squad enhancing the core payments platform with modern technologies. This role is both hands-on and supervisory allowing you to inspire your chapter members and foster their professional growth. You will create a collaborative environment define engineering practices and work closely with IT leaders to attract and retain motivated individuals. Strong leadership skills an understanding of IT architecture and hands-on experience in software engineering are essential for this role. You will promote high standards and decision-making while communicating effectively with your team members and stakeholders.
