Job Description

As the Engineering Chapter Lead for People Tribe you will spearhead a diverse team of software engineers fostering their growth while collaborating with leadership to attract and retain talent. You will oversee the development and delivery of HR solutions leveraging innovative AI-assisted practices to drive HR transformation. The role entails designing internal solutions to automate processes and ensuring engineering excellence through design and code reviews. You will also support Chapter leads in various leadership tasks and problem-solving activities. This position requires strong leadership skills a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields and substantial experience with C# .NET and cloud platforms. In a dynamic environment you will be expected to promote best practices and cultivate an inclusive team culture while reporting to our vibrant office located in Vilnius Lithuania.
