Job Description

As a Data Scientist on the Decision Modeling team you will develop your data modeling skills while automating credit decisions that have significant impacts on our business. Your role involves building and migrating decision models to enhance the credit granting processes ensuring a fast and transparent experience for customers. You will collaborate with stakeholders in a flat structured team committed to high customer satisfaction by creating standardized processes that minimize resource expenditure. The ideal candidate should possess strong integrity collaboration skills and a positive mindset contributing to a professional team atmosphere. Depending on your experience different seniority levels may be offered. This role requires at least two years of relevant experience in data science or data analysis and a degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Statistics while experience with SQL and Python is essential. The ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders is key.
