Job Description

As a Client Manager at Danske Bank you will have the opportunity to enhance customer experience and support Nordic corporate and institutional customers. You will handle daily banking inquiries related to cash management markets trading and liquidity management among others. The role requires a blend of financial knowledge and customer service skills to maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders. You will work closely with teams consisting of Senior Bankers and Credit Specialists to ensure efficient service delivery and manage complex customer requests. Your responsibilities include coordinating tasks collaborating with internal stakeholders and providing insights to optimize customer solutions. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the financial sector particularly with credit and cash management and demonstrate a strong customer-oriented mindset capable of navigating a multifaceted organization. This position offers a chance to deepen your understanding of the banking industry while contributing to the growth of Danske Bank's reputation for excellent customer service.
