Job Description

We are seeking a Chief Business Analyst to spearhead third-party integrations and finance solutions within Danica Pension's CFO area. In this strategic role you will lead the implementation of a cloud-based ERP platform Dynamics 365 and a cloud-based Investment platform Simcorp Dimension. You will be pivotal in ensuring seamless integrations that bolster operational effectiveness and financial integrity while supporting Danica's growth amidst evolving market conditions. The ideal candidate should have over five years of experience in business analysis ideally within the CFO domain and a solid grasp of IT development fundamentals and cloud technology. Strong leadership capabilities are essential to oversee project management and foster collaboration with various teams including IT developers and business stakeholders. This position provides a unique opportunity to influence the IT landscape of Danica and contribute to the organization's ambitious Forward ’28 strategy.
