Job Description

Join our team and become an expert in bank products while providing support and solutions for colleagues across Scandinavian countries. At Global Service Desk we assist colleagues of Danske Bank by identifying issues throughout daily banking and finding solutions, always maintaining a customer-focused approach. With a focus on training for new joiners you will gain knowledge about banking products and business systems in a diverse environment. If you are service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills this role is perfect for you. The position includes a language bonus and the salary ranges from 1440–2160 Eur dependent on your language proficiency. Depending on your experience we may offer different seniority levels in this hybrid working role.
