Job Description

The Network Operations Engineer at Citco plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the global network infrastructure. This position focuses on providing level 1 and level 2 support managing maintenance and monitoring of network systems and resolving chronic issues effectively. Engineers will engage with multiple IT teams and external partners troubleshooting network problems and implementing necessary upgrades and patches to devices including routers and firewalls. Participation in an on-call support rotation is essential as is the potential for occasional travel. A strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols Cisco systems and general network maintenance is required alongside a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration within a global team.
