Job Description

As a member of our legal team you will assist senior lawyers in delivering corporate legal services to international clients. Your responsibilities will include preparing various legal documents that span the entire company lifecycle from incorporation to dissolution while ensuring compliance with legal stipulations and timelines. In addition you will be required to perform or oversee statutory filings with relevant local authorities. Effective coordination with clients colleagues and business partners globally to gather essential documentation and information for completing assignments is critical to the role.
