Job Description

As an HR Specialist at Citco in Vilnius you will play a key role within the Human Resources team supporting operations and collaborating with internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee information in HR systems ensuring these systems are continuously updated and handling queries related to amendments. You will issue and manage various employee documentation as well as monitor probation timelines for new hires. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure compliance with employment law while adhering to confidentiality and audit requirements. This position requires a proactive approach to support on HR initiatives and a solid understanding of HR practices.
