Job Description

As a Business Support Analyst at Citco in Vilnius you will be an integral part of the Financial Application Business Support Team providing exceptional support to operational teams regarding their accounting software. The role requires a balance between proactively addressing user requests and maintaining procedural integrity. You will troubleshoot user issues maintain application data accuracy and ensure business requirements are met through effective evaluation of software solutions. Your responsibilities will also extend to conducting training sessions creating relevant documentation and managing user acceptance testing for system enhancements. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of finance or accounting concepts are essential for success in this role.
