As an Asia Culture Psychology Analyst at Citco you will investigate the cultural dynamics of various Asian regions in comparison with Europe and North America. This involves exploring learning habits communication styles and professional behaviors. Your role focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness by applying psychological principles to foster a high-performance workplace. You will collaborate with senior management and internal stakeholders to deliver insights that drive productivity and engagement. Additionally you will participate in the Citco Vilnius Internship Program 2024 contributing to a diverse team dedicated to understanding and leveraging cultural nuances.
