Job Description

As a Talent Scientist you will collaborate closely with Hiring Leads to implement initiatives automation and best practices while providing expert insights on talent assessments. This position focuses on the science of talent and performance rather than traditional recruiting allowing you to raise awareness and insights across the organisation. Your efforts will contribute to ensuring that our hiring processes are not only efficient but also objective and scientifically rigorous enabling the selection of world-class talent irrespective of their location or background. You will be responsible for driving talent analytics delivering real-time insights and working with global stakeholders to enhance the hiring process while maintaining a strong focus on diversity and inclusion. Your role includes conducting behavioral talent interviews analyzing data trends and patterns and optimizing hiring tools and processes to foster continuous improvement. This unique opportunity allows you to be part of a transformative hiring model redefining how exceptional talent is selected in the tech industry. A deep understanding of psychometric assessments and the ability to train stakeholders on effective interview techniques will be essential in ensuring success.
