Job Description

As a regional Support Manager at Canonical you will lead world-class support teams that tackle deep technical issues for customers globally on various Ubuntu platforms including Server Desktop and the cloud. Your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction and technical excellence ensuring your team is knowledgeable and responsive to customer needs. You will manage operations including shift schedules and key performance indicators while also serving as the escalation contact for customer issues. It is essential to cultivate your team's skills and oversee their career development in a fast-paced environment. You will engage in hiring and training while driving improvements in service delivery and contributing to the support knowledge base. This role requires extensive Linux experience a strong leadership background and the ability to maintain composure under pressure. You will also champion a culture of continual process enhancement and collaboration within the leadership team to support growth and transformation initiatives.
