Job Description

Canonical is searching for Sales Operations Analysts to enhance the effectiveness of its sales teams. This role emphasizes continuous improvement of processes and data quality ensuring accurate order processing. The candidate will lead initiatives to elevate team operations while maintaining compliance and governance. Key responsibilities include supporting global sales operations day-to-day managing and ensuring the accuracy of opportunity reviews facilitating order provisioning and collaborating with the Sales Operations Manager to refine data quality. Success is defined by enhanced deal velocity and improved quality of Customer Relationship Management data. Ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving skills a proactive approach and a passion for partnering with sales leadership while driving initiatives that contribute to Canonical's growth. The remote position is designed for candidates located within the EMEA region allowing them to contribute significantly towards Canonical's mission in the tech industry.
