Job Description

As a Regional HR Manager at Canonical you will oversee HR functions within the EMEA region amidst the companys ongoing growth. You will lead a team of HR professionals ensuring timely and precise HR operations while advising on a spectrum of employee life-cycle issues. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to enhance performance management and workforce planning while driving initiatives in talent development and diversity and inclusion. With a focus on compliance and analytical precision you will interpret data trends to inform decisions and mentor people managers in various countries. In this role you will also be involved in designing new HR policies and delivering critical projects globally enforcing Canonicals commitment to a cohesive and productive work environment.
