Job Description

The Python Software Engineer position at Canonical involves developing engineering solutions leveraging Python while collaborating closely with other teams. The Integrations team plays a critical role in automating SAAS user management and onboarding new data sources to the data mesh. This role will focus on creating a Python-based solution to manage SAAS seat allocation and track expenditures across various applications. In addition to technical expertise in Python software development the position requires involvement in technical designs and code reviews. Candidates must be proactive in mentoring less experienced colleagues and promoting effective engineering practices. This remote role in the EMEA region offers the opportunity to engage in diverse projects and contribute significantly to the core services that power Canonical's business.
