Job Description

As a Linux Desktop Support Associate at Canonical you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to employees and customers while managing all cases from inception to resolution. Your role demands strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach as you triage issues and prioritize tasks effectively. Working remotely you will support onboarding for new employees and assist with technical needs during global events while ensuring timely updates to internal customers. You will maintain a proactive stance in your learning about new technologies and contribute to a shared knowledge base to enhance service delivery. Your ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a Linux environment will be crucial in this position. Additionally you will be expected to communicate regularly with your team and explore opportunities for service improvements. The role offers a dynamic environment where you will continually evolve alongside Canonical’s products and services in a supportive and collaborative manner.
