Job Description

The role of an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Canonical involves building trust with assigned customers and ensuring they navigate Canonical's extensive offerings effectively. The primary objective is to reduce risk and churn while facilitating the adoption of new products and services ultimately supporting account expansion. CSMs onboard new customers manage a portfolio and coordinate complex projects while identifying growth opportunities. They also establish collaboration plans with various departments to meet customer objectives and advocate for customer needs within the organization. This position requires strong customer-facing skills and a depth of experience in IT-related projects particularly in areas such as cloud computing and data applications. Success in this role hinges on excellent presentation abilities to guide conversations on complex software and processes as well as a proactive approach to resolving challenges faced by customers. Additionally CSMs contribute to internal process improvements and engage in a regular customer review process to promote satisfaction and retention.
