Job Description

Canonical is looking for a Channel Sales Manager for the DACH region who will report to the Director of EMEA Channel Sales and should possess both farming and hunting capabilities to achieve annual growth quotas. This role focuses on identifying and engaging reseller and distributor partners to grow Canonical's business within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will thrive in an unstructured environment and be adept at selling open source technologies as well as cloud and technical software solutions. They need to conduct initial customer discovery calls and presentations develop and execute channel strategies and maintain strong relationships with partners. The role requires an understanding of Ubuntu and a proven track record in technology sales. The candidate should be capable of guiding partners through onboarding and developing effective go-to-market plans while also driving channel pipeline through regular interactions.
