As an Associate Sales Operations Analyst at Canonical you will play a critical role in supporting the sales teams by driving operational efficiency and ensuring data accuracy. Your responsibilities will include checking opportunities for accuracy and processing orders post-deal closure. You will collaborate closely with Sales Operations Analysts and Managers to enhance the quality of sales data and streamline processes. This involves supporting global sales teams on CRM usage and delivering insightful sales metrics and dashboards. You should be detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills while working effectively across team boundaries. Your efforts will be focused on increasing deal velocity and improving the quality of Customer Relationship Management data which is essential for making informed business decisions.
