This role offers a chance to play a key part in establishing a pilot training initiative in Lithuania aimed at empowering young people through aviation careers. We are looking for a dedicated sales professional with over two years of sales experience who can build strong partnerships with secondary schools to promote our program. You will engage with inquiries providing detailed information about our services and conducting career counseling based on market insights. Your tasks will include participating in events in Lithuania and internationally as well as analyzing client needs and preparing necessary documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a client-oriented mindset with proficiency in both Lithuanian and English while being comfortable using Microsoft Office. Flexibility and time management skills are essential as you will be collaborating with a motivated team to meet set targets.
