Our cozy and friendly team seeks a psychologist passionate about the aviation industry who will use their psychological assessment skills to uphold safety standards. The role involves assessing pilot candidates' potential coordinating assessment procedures preparing necessary documents and reports maintaining high-quality assessment processes and collaborating with departments to attract candidates effectively. We envision an ideal team member with recruiting or psychological assessment experience a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and fluent English. A proactive team player who values high-quality work is essential and the candidate should be self-motivated flexible and possess good time management skills while having a genuine interest in aviation. We offer health insurance after three months additional vacation days after two years and well-being support alongside an engaging office environment with transport coverage. The salary ranges from 2315 € to 2645 € ensuring a rewarding package as you grow with us in an international and dynamic aviation industry.
