Avion Express a narrow-body ACMI and charter operator in Vilnius Lithuania seeks a Crew Planner to enhance its professional team. This role involves executing short-term crew planning overseeing crew duty calculations monitoring compliance with EASA FTL regulations and communicating effectively with crew members whilst arranging worldwide logistics for them. The position requires strong communication skills the ability to thrive under pressure critical thinking to prioritize tasks and fluency in English. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in commercial aviation familiarity with crew planning and advanced Excel skills alongside a university degree in aviation-related studies.
