Job Description

Avion Express is seeking a Technical Compliance Manager in Vilnius Lithuania who will oversee compliance program implementation and maintain adherence to regulatory requirements within maintenance activities. This role involves auditing contractors ensuring contracted activities align with agreements and collaborating with authorities to uphold air operators’ certificates and other approvals. The ideal candidate will lead the Technical Compliance team with strong leadership analytical and communication skills while ensuring timely corrective actions and compliance documentation. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years work experience including 2 years in the aviation industry possess knowledge of EASA ICAO requirements and safety management systems and hold a relevant engineering degree or certification.
