Job Description

Avion Express is seeking a dedicated professional for a pivotal role in ensuring smooth flight operations based in Vilnius Lithuania. This position involves preparing operational flight plans and essential documentation while coordinating ground handling and fuel arrangements often on short notice. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring changes in daily plans and using Eurocontrol tools for ATC flight plans while maintaining a fully updated Operations Management System. A university degree or at least one year of relevant experience within an airline's Flight Operations Department is necessary along with strong teamwork and communication skills. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and possess fluent spoken and written English skills. The role requires flexibility for shift work including nights.
