Avion Express seeks a skilled Data Scientist in Vilnius Lithuania to enhance aviation operations through data analysis. The role involves analyzing extensive datasets generated from airline operations maintenance and air traffic systems. You will craft and implement data-driven solutions aimed at boosting efficiency safety and profitability in aviation. Key responsibilities include collecting and preprocessing both structured and unstructured data developing advanced statistical models utilizing machine learning algorithms for predicting trends and communicating insights through visualizations and reports. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address analytical challenges is essential along with deploying machine learning models for real-time applications. Candidates should possess over four years of experience in a similar role a Bachelor’s degree in a related field strong skills in data modeling statistical analysis and proficiency in Python and SQL. English and Lithuanian fluency is required. This position offers a competitive salary range from 4000 to 6000 Euro gross with additional benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
