Job Description

Avion Express is seeking a qualified candidate for the compliance monitoring role located in Vilnius Lithuania. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and implementing an annual audit plan focused on EASA Part M and Part-CAMO / IOSA MNT activities. This includes conducting audits creating and improving checklists reporting findings and coordinating corrective actions. Applicants must monitor regulations related to EASA IOSA MNT ICAO TM-CAD and TCA providing assessments on their impact on company processes. Maintaining and improving compliance manuals and procedures while auditing maintenance contractors and spare parts suppliers is essential. Applicants should possess over five years of aviation experience along with a relevant university degree. Familiarity with EASA IOSA regulations and an understanding of aircraft types such as the Airbus A320 family are beneficial.
